You will define security and architecture targets and standards, design robust systems, and guide technology decisions that keep the organization resilient against evolving threats.\nWe are looking for an experienced and motivated leadership personality to strengthen our team based in Bioggio (near Lugano) - to start immediately or as agreed.\nResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain enterprise IT security architecture standards, frameworks, and guidelines\nEnsure compliance with regulatory, and industry best practice standards (PCI-DSS, NIST CSF)\nDesign and review IT systems, applications, and infrastructure by translating business requirements into secure technical solutions, applying principles such as Zero Trust, Defense in Depth and Integrated with Automated Detect & Response\nQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or information security\nMaster's degree in cybersecurity, IT architecture, or equivalent specialization\n5 years of proven experience as an IT Security Architect or in a similar senior security or Architecture role\nLeadership personality and capability at structured analysis and abstraction\nExperience with risk assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews\nStrong communication capabilities and teamwork skills\nSecurity certifications such as (CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent) are a plus\nStrong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF. Experience with PCI-DSS would be a plus\nEnglish is mandatory, with Italian being a strong advantage.
