architecture, NetWeaver, HANA/Sybase/Oracle databases, and experience managing On-Premise, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Hybrid environments.\nTools: Proficient with Jira or similar ITIL-based ticketing tools.\nManagement Skills: Proven ability to manage technical teams, handle customer-facing communications, and prioritize workloads under pressure.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAttention to detail and procedural discipline.\nGood communication skills in English.\nTeam-oriented mindset with accountability.\nProactive and responsive attitude.\nOwnership of assigned tasks and tickets.\nStrict adherence to processes and escalation rules.\nContinuous learning and improvement mindset\nReports to PMS-CoE
