Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition\n\nPerform initial scoping, and analyse incoming requests for completeness for the production (using standards of tech task etc.)\n\nEvaluate incoming requests\n\nIdentify key technical objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis for Customer\n\nManage client project portfolio (budgeting, resources planning, risk management, projects execution, etc.)\n\nCoordinate resources, onboard project teams and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks, support all changes in the process to align with customer process\n\nManage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfaction\n\nManage request changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs\n\nPerform risk management\n\nPerform priority management\n\nClosely cooperate Account Manager to provide technical and quality expertise for the customer\n\nGrowth and develop customer's channels\n\nGather customer's evaluation of delivery service\n\nImprove quality of delivery service\n\nRequirements:\n2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager, Portfolio/Program Manager, Product Owner or Project Management\n\nStrong communication skills\n\nGood sales skill set and mindset\n\nQuick thinking and ability to deal with a high volume of quick projects\n\nDesire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details, and troubleshoot the problems\n\nExperience in managing/coordinating projects from proposal to closure\nUnderstanding the business policies and procedures\n\nTechnical background\n\nExperience with an account/project management tools, like Jira, MS Office, CRMs\n\nFlexibility and readiness to participate in business trips, including domestic and international travel, based on project and business
