content supply chain process and systems (content creation, MLR, CRMs, Veeva, AEM, SFDC)\nDemonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet business objectives\nExperience with AI/ML-driven products, including understanding of model lifecycle, evaluation metrics, and limitations such as bias and hallucinations\nStrong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies\nExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications\nFamiliarity with estimation techniques (story points, T-shirt sizing)\nEnglish proficiency -
