There are 92 employees across three shifts working at our 57,000 sq. ft. facility of manufacturing space. This role is an on-site position.\nPay:\n$19/hour\nWhat you will be doing:\nSets up and operates multiple ceramic machines.\nApproves finished products by confirming specifications.\nEnter all pertinent information required into production logs and complete work travelers and routers.\nConduct visual inspection of trimmed parts.\nAbility to solder is a plus, willing to train.\nWill occassionally work with microscopes.\nAssumes the ability to read blueprints and interpret drawing specifications.\nMaintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.\nAbility to read internal specifications.\nWhat you will bring along:\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent required.\nExcellent hand eye coordination and finger dexterity required.\nDemonstrated experience handling small and fragile parts.\nMust have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.\nPrevious experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.\nDetail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.\nWhat can we offer you for your talent:\nVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
