Vishay is currently seeking applicants for a CRM Business Solution Architect.\nJob Location: Remote (worldwide)\nWhat you will be doing:\nThe CRM Business Solution Architect is responsible for designing, integrating, and overseeing scalable technology solutions that align with business strategy and operational needs. This role serves as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that CRM systems are secure, efficient, cost-effective, and future-ready.\nThe CRM Business Solution Architect leads solution design across applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, and organizational goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Design & Architecture\nDesign end-to-end technology solutions that meet business requirements, performance standards, and scalability needs\nDevelop solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps\nEvaluate and recommend platforms, tools, and technologies aligned with enterprise architecture principles\nBusiness Partnership\nPartner closely with business leaders, product owners, and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nServe as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility, effort and risk\nSupport digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide architectural guidance and oversight to development, infrastructure, and vendor teams\nGuiding developers and admins on when to use Flow vs. Apex vs. LWC.\nManaging API limits and choosing the right integration pattern (Real-time, Batch, or Event-driven)\nEnsure solutions adhere to security, data privacy, and compliance standards\nReview and approve technical designs, integrations, and system changes\nIntegration & Systems Alignment\nArchitect integrations between enterprise systems (ERP SAP, HRIS, CRM, cloud platforms, CPQ)\nEnsure consistency and interoperability across platforms and environments\nSupport cloud, hybrid, and on-prem solutions as required\nGovernance & Standards\nDefine and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and documentation\nParticipate in architecture review boards and change management processes\nDocumenting the \"Why\" behind architectural decisions to ensure future maintainability\nIdentify technical debt and recommend remediation strategies\nVendor & Project Support\nEvaluate third-party vendors and solution providers (AppExchange)\nSupport RFPs, vendor selection, and contract reviews from a technical perspective\nPartner with project managers and project owners to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope \nWhat you will bring along:\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).\nSalesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect\nExperience\n7+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 3-5 years in a Solutions Architect or equivalent role\nDeep expertise with Sales Cloud\nExperience designing enterprise-level solutions across applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations\nProven experience working in complex, cross-functional environments\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of AgentForce, Mulesoft and Sales Cloud environment Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nApplication architecture and system integrations \nWhat can we offer you for your talent:\nVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
