Vishay Barry is located in Attleboro, MA that is conveniently located near the main highways as well as some highly recommended restaurants. There are approximately 70 employees working at our 40,000 sq. ft. facility of manufacturing space. This would be an on-site position Monday through Friday 7 AM- 3:30 PM.\nWhat you will be doing:\nSetup and Operate Dice machines in order to singulate resistors to size.\n\nPerform loading, unloading, alignments, cleaning, and maintain Dicing machines.\n\nInspect parts and remove rejects.\n\nEmpty chemical waste containers into 55 gallon drums\n\nOperator will also Mount, Demount, Boil and Tin product.\n\nComplete work accurately by following written instructions and adhere to required safety rules.\n\nOperator will work under limited supervision.\n\nPay rate is $21-$23 hourly\n\nWhat you will bring along:\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent required.\n\nAbility to perform work under a microscope and able to identify defects.\n\nStrong hand eye coordination required.\n\nComputer experience preferred.\n\n2+ years of machine operation and microscope experience and understanding of measurement tools.\n\nMust have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to detail.\n\nDetail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.\n\nMust be able to learn new products quickly, accomplish goals, work independently and be highly motivated.\n\nTechnical understanding a plus.\n\nWhat can we offer you for your talent:\nVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
