Vishay UltraSource in Hollis, NH is currently seeking applicants for a Division Controller.\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Division Controller to join our team. This role is critical in managing and optimizing manufacturing costs associated with our Specialty Thin Film operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the operations, engineering, and finance teams of the facilities to ensure cost transparency, drive efficiency and inter-divisional coordination, and support strategic decision-making.\nJob Location:\nHollis, NH\nWhat you will be doing:\nCost Monitoring & Analysis:Track and analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, equipment usage, and overhead.\nIdentify cost variances and provide root cause analysis with actionable insights.\n\nBudgeting & Forecasting:Support the preparation of forecasts / budgets and longer-term strategic financial plans for the operations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.\n\nReporting & KPIs:Develop and maintain cost dashboards and performance indicators.\nProvide regular reports to management on cost trends, efficiency metrics, and cost-saving opportunities.\n\nProcess Improvement:Partner with engineering and production teams to identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives.\nEvaluate the financial impact of process changes, yield improvements, and capacity expansions.\n\n Inventory & Asset Control:Monitor inventory levels and valuation for raw materials, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods.\nEnsure accurate capitalization and depreciation of equipment.\n\n Compliance & Controls:Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.\nSupport internal and external audits related to cost accounting and manufacturing operations.\n\nWhat you will bring along:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA is a plus).\n10+ years of experience in cost control, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.\nLeadership experience managing finance or cost accounting teams.\nPreferred Skills:\nProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced.\nHome Office and Travel Requirements:\nPosition based at Hollis (NH).\nPosition may require periodic travel to manufacturing facilities\nWhat can we offer you for your talent:\nVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
