In this role you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities that support both employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will coordinate recruitment efforts, onboarding activities, support employee engagement initiatives, maintain HR processes, and contribute to projects that help strengthen the employee experience across the organization.\nJob Location:\nBeer Sheva is the capital of the Negev, located in Southern Israel.\nThe factory in Beer Sheva was established in 1996 in the “Emek Sarah” industrial area and has over 1,000 employees.
