Responsible for supporting the site accurate and methodical administration and HR function.\nJob Location: Newport\nOur Newport site situating close to Junction 28 close to Tredegar Recreation Park. On site you have free parking, canteen and outside garden or could enjoy our inhouse gym.\nWhat you will be doing:\n· Assisting with onboarding, new starter, leaver and probational review processes.\n· Maintenance of HR electronic systems (Workday, Team Seer)\n· Maintenance of HR electronic and paper files including keeping filing up to date and archiving of leaver files.\n· First point of contact for routine HR queries.\n· Support recruitment activities: preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, collating CV’s, arranging interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.\n· Provide comprehensive updates to the payroll team for any employee changes.\n· Keep HR absence report up to date and support absence management on site.\n· Support HR team with Performance Review process.\n· Support HR Team with HR Projects, promoting wellbeing within the company.\n· Any other administrative duties as required (for example: note making, scanning, mail merge etc).\nWhat you will bring along:\nOrganized and methodical approach\nConfident in using MS Office package and experience in HRIS system.\nExceptional interpersonal communication\nThorough attention to details and strong administrative skills\nAbility to work well with others (all level)\nHR administrator experience desirable but not essential\nUnderstandcin Employee law desirable but not essential\nWhat can we offer you for your talent:\nVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, development and further education support to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
