Vishay UltraSource is currently seeking applicants for a FFD Dice Manufacturing Operator in Hollis, NH.\nJob Location:\nHollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 80 employees working between two shifts.\nWhat you will be doing:\nResponsible for the set-up, cleaning, operation, and troubleshooting of the machine.\nOperate machine and equipment in a safe manner.\nAccurately read and comprehend instructions and drawings.\nInspect substrates for proper quantity and quality prior to processing.\nPerform visual microscope inspection\nIdentify out of spec product and place product on hold.\nProperly load and unload substrates in the machine.\nMake adjustments to machinery as necessary, within process windows, in order to make quality product.\nRemain focused on producing the highest quality product to support overall company yield and on-time-delivery goals\nPerform 100% visual inspection of all parts before moving on to the next operation.\nDocument production activities in the ERP system as well as various quality databases.\nMaintain a clean and orderly work area.\nWhat you will bring along:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.
