There are 92 employees across three shifts working at our 57,000 sq. ft. facility of manufacturing space. This role is an on-site position.\nReports To:\nProduction Supervisor\nPay Range:\n$19/hour (+ % shift differential depending on shift)\nPay is based on qualifications and experience. We're committed to considering talent from a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels.\nWhat you will be doing:\nProcess work orders through the Photo area in accordance with the daily schedule.\nClean, coat, pattern, and develop substrates using both manual and semi-automated photolithographic processes.\nProperly set-up & operate alignment machines. \nIdentify & report any equipment problems.\nAccurately align photomasks to substrates.\nProperly use and handle corrosive chemicals.\nMeasure critical dimensions on photomasks and product.\nProperly use microscope to inspect photomasks and product to identify defects.\nCompletely and accurately record data in the appropriate logs associated with your transaction.\nPerform accurate transactions in our MRP system.\nAbility to read and interpret internal process instructions.\nWhat you will bring along:\nExemplify the Core EFI Values: Positive Outlook, Honesty, Determination, Responsibility, and Commitment to Excellence.\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.\nPrevious experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.\nAbility to perform work under a microscope helpful, but not required.\nGood hand/eye coordination.\nPerform basic Mathematical functions using a calculator.\nAbility to lift 50 lbs.\nWill be required to wear clean room and PPE attire.\nMust have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.\nMust be able to learn to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.\nDetail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.\nWork Environment\nWork is performed primarily in a lab environment; adheres to required safety and dress standards to prevent exposure to hazardous materials.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate, talk, and listen. May be required to sit, stand, walk for periods of time; bend, stoop, and twist; closely observe items through a microscope, and perform various repetitive fine grasping motions; uses a variety of small hand tools to perform various operations when required; operate a computer and enter information using a keyboard, operate a telephone, and other office equipment for an extended period of time.\nAs some visual inspection duties will also be required, specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Some physical strength and stamina are required for regular cleaning duties.
