In this position, you will drive market execution and growth across Central Europe - with a possible extension to some Eastern Europe countries such as Hungary and Romania, acting as a strategic link between customers, Sales, FAE, and Divisions, with a strong focus on discrete MOSFETs.\nLocation: South of Germany / remote\nWhat you will be doing:\nOwn regional market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors).\n\nTranslate divisional product strategy into focused regional Go-To-Market actions.\n\nAct as a strategic technical interface for key customers.\n\nDriving designs at the end customers\n\nIdentify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities.\n\nBe the Voice of the Customer, influencing product roadmaps.\n\nEnsure strong cross-functional alignment across Sales, FAE, and Divisions.\n\nSupport opportunity prioritization, pricing strategy, and disciplined execution.\n\nWhat you will bring along:\nBackground in Electronics / Physics or similar.\n\nExperience in the semiconductor industry (ideally discrete MOSFETs).\n\nExposure to automotive and industrial customers and distribution.\n\nStructured, proactive, customer-oriented mindset.\n\nStrong communication skills and hands-on mentality.\n\nWillingness to travel mainly within Central Europe\n\nFluent English and German\n\nGood knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, Business Objects.\n\nWhat can we offer you for your talent:\nVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
