Vishay is currently seeking applicants for an Area Sales Manager - Western Romania\nIn this position, you will drive profitable growth across Romania by developing customer relationships, building and managing a healthy pipeline, and ensuring strong cross-functional coordination to deliver value and execution excellence for customers.\nLocation: You will be working from home office and are ideally located in Sibiu, Timisoara or Brasov\nWhat you will be doing:\nOwn territory execution across Romania, including account planning, customer coverage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.\nDevelop long-term customer partnerships and manage senior stakeholder relationships across commercial and technical interfaces.\nIdentify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities; support design activity and conversion into revenue.\nLead commercial discussions (pricing, terms) and ensure disciplined follow-up and execution.\nProvide market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors) and translate it into focused actions.\nCoordinate cross-functional resources, align stakeholders, evaluate milestones, and support final acceptance of deliverables as needed.\nProvide information and consultancy on key principles and standards of cooperation with customers and partners.\nPlan and coordinate activities in assigned local projects or workstreams, together with involved management and stakeholders.\nWhat you will bring along:\nProven experience in B2B sales / account management in a technical or industrial environment (electronics/semiconductors preferred).\nEducated at min.
