Bhd. is currently seeking applicants for a Senior Maintenance Engineer.\nJob Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia\nThis position will be located at Krubong, Melaka in a vibrant industrial area. You will experience different exciting local cultures in this historical state.\nWhat you will be doing:\nTo lead a team of technicians to support company objectives.\nEnsure high equipment uptime, reliability and availability for EOL production equipment (e.g. Coupling, Molding, Dejunk, Trim & Form, cure Oven, Vision inspection and related automation)\nLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.\nDevelop, optimize and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), MTBF and MTTR.\nCollaborate closely with Production, Process Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve equipment and process related issues.\nSupport new equipment installation, qualifications, commissioning and technology transfers.\nManage spare parts, maintenance documentation, calibration and compliance with safety and quality requirements.\nLead equipment modification, cost reduction, automation and reliability improvement projects.\nAnalyze equipment performance data and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce maintenance costs.\nMentor and provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians to build a high performing maintenance team,\nWhat you will bring along:\nBachelor Degree or Diploma of Engineering in Electronics /Electrical /Mechanical /Mechatronic engineering\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, preferably in End of Line processes.\nStrong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, servo and automation systems.\nExperience with semiconductor equipment such as Coupling, Molding system, dejunk, Trim & Form Cure Oven, Vision inspection Or similar assembly equipment.\nGood understanding of maintenance methodologies including TPM, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\nKnowledge of OEE, MTBA, MTBF, MTTR, SPC and continuous improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma.\nAbility to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawing and equipment documentation.\nStrong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently in a fast paced manufacturing environment while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.\nWillingness to support shift activities or respond to equipment emergencies when required.\nAutoCAD knowledge.\nMachine design and product technology knowledge.\nProject management knowledge\nWhat can we offer you for your talent:\nVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
