customer expectations while supporting business growth and operational excellence.\nOversee the Quality team in India to support the Quality operations of the company.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer & Automotive Quality Leadership\nServe as the primary quality interface in the Asian region for global automotive OEM and Tier 1 customers.\nLead customer audits, quality reviews, and escalation management.\nEnsure compliance with automotive-specific standards including IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements (CSR).\nOversee resolution of customer complaints using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, A3, root cause analysis).\nDrive continuous improvement in CCAR - PPM performance, warranty reduction, and customer scorecards.\nGlobal Quality Systems & Compliance\nLead global implementation and governance of Quality Management Systems (QMS).Responsibility for the Company data card\nLead the interface and deployment of QMS software to all Divisions.\n\nEnsure adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC requirements.\nOversee internal and external audit programs across global sites.\nDrive standardization of quality processes across regions.\nOperational Quality & Continuous Improvement\nPartner with plant leadership to improve first-pass yield, scrap reduction, and cost of poor quality (COPQ).\nImplement preventive quality strategies and risk mitigation plans.\nLead cross-functional corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.\nChampion Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.\nSupplier Quality Management\nCollaborate with Supplier Quality teams to improve supplier performance.\nLead supplier audits and development programs.\nManage supplier-related quality escalations impacting automotive customers.\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead and develop regional quality managers and site-level quality teams.\nBuild global quality capability through training and succession planning.\nFoster a culture of accountability, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).\n10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in automotive manufacturing.\nStrong working knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).\nExperience managing global customer relationships within automotive OEM or Tier 1 environments.\nProven track record of improving customer PPM, audit scores, and operational quality metrics.\nSix Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).\nAbility to travel internationally as
