This is an important role full of possibility to architect and develop an end-to-end verification solution, spanning the product lifecycle from definition and requirements through IC design, hardware emulation and silicon support.\nAt Vishay our vision is one of a unified verification paradigm for full system verification. This includes simultaneous verification of HW, FW and SW components that make up a product offering. We are seeking a verification expert with the appetite to join us on this journey.\nThis is a senior role with the opportunity to create real impact within the organization and build a promising career.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nDesign and development of a unified verification architecture for Vishay power products.\nDesign and specification of testbench and verification IP\nConstruction of testbench environments to align with unified verification strategy.\nCreation of full-system test-plans with an emphasis on test-case portability through the product lifecycle.\nResponsibility for product verification planning, execution, status and coverage.\nMaintenance of engineering documents in accordance with quality processes.\nStructured tracking and implementation of design improvements.\nCompliance with any requirements set out by product safety manager.\nUsage of continuous integration tools for test-case integration and automation.\nSupport for test-engineering, product engineering and operations as well as participation in ATE data reviews, limit reviews and device yield analysis.\nExperience:\nSuccessful candidates will have most of the following:\nPhD, post-graduate or degree qualification in Electronic Engineering or similar.\n10+ years’ experience as verification engineer in ASIC/SOC environments.\nExperience of full-product verification flows, including HW, SW, FW etc.\nExperience of IC verification and methodologies for automotive markets\nKnowledge of ISO26262.\nDetailed knowledge of OVM/UVM methodology\nKnowledge of Verilog, System Verilog and Verilog A-MS\nExperience with verification of embedded processor systems.\nExperience and knowledge of power conversion.\nExperience with Cadence EDA tools.\nSelf-motivated, individual contributor with strong problem solving skills.\nExperience of working in wide-ranging roles and flexible environments.\nExcellent interpersonal and communications skills.\nThe ability to work with cross-functional teams.\nThe ability to support and mentor less experienced team members\nVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
