Bhd. is currently seeking applicants for a Staff Engineer FOL Assembly Process.\nJob Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia\nWhat you will be doing:\nResponsible for FOL Assembly Process Engineering Vishay Assembly Production at Subcon\nDrive improvement project to support Product KPI such as Quality, Yield, Hold Lot Rate and Disposition Cycle Time\nSupport package transfer and new package introduction\nDrive FOL assembly process/parameter/procedure set-up, qualification and implementation\nReview and establish FOL Assembly Operation Baseline specifications & procedures\nCoordinate with operation to get the needed support for engineering evaluations and other engineering activities\nDefine statistical test methods to optimize yield and drive quality defect reduction programs\nReview corrective actions for effectiveness and ensure they are implemented and fanned out as needed\nSupport customer complain verification/analysis and action prevention\nReporting to the Subcon Operation Manager\nWhat you will bring along:\n5-10 years in Assembly Process Engineering with hand-on experience on Power Discrete and/or Power Management Package, e.g., Package Assembly with Cu Clip are highly preferred.\nProficiency in English Language, Problem Solving, communication & presentation skill\nWorks efficiently under pressure\nBe able to make overseas trip by request.\nBachelor or Master degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.\nWhat can we offer you for your talent:\nVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
