In this position, you willdefine, implement, and/or enhance strategies for cross-divisional business growth.\nJob Location:\nVishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently work in Borgaro Torinese Italy. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.\nWhat you will be doing:\nTo manage supplier quality performance and act as main quality interface for assigned suppliers for Subdvision Modules.\nTo manage and coordinate supplier quality issues, non-conformities and corrective actions (8D).\nTo manage supplier qualification, audits, assessments and follow-up improvement plans.\nTo understand and identify supplier quality risks, trends and improvement opportunities.\nTo manage communication and escalation with suppliers in cooperation with Purchasing and Operations.\nWillingness to travel.\nWhat you will bring along:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree (Management Engineering, Quality, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic or similar).\n5+ years of relevant experience in Supplier Quality, preferably in Automotive, HV or Power Electronics environments.\nExcellent knowledge of quality standards and methods (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).\nGood knowledge of data analysis, problem solving and root cause analysis tools.\nGood attitude in dealing with issues.\nGood motivation to master new major challenges.\nWhat can we offer you for your talent:\nVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
