In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the site's commercial, contractual, and purchasing activities, working closely with stakeholders across Procurement, Materials, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Legal functions.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the review and administration of site-wide supplier contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring key obligations, renewal dates, and commercial terms are effectively managed. You will provide commercial support to the Materials and Procurement team through supplier negotiations, supply agreements, and other commercial activities to drive value and mitigate risk.\nThis role will also coordinate Supply Chain Review Board activities, ensuring accurate record keeping, and effective management of change approvals. In addition, you will own the administration of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), ensuring timely execution, maintenance of records, and compliance with company procedures.\nStrong contract management, negotiation, organisational and stakeholder management skills are essential, as this role will contribute directly to the site's commercial objectives, governance processes, and procurement strategy.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage site-wide supplier contracts and commercial agreements, including contract reviews, renewal tracking, monitoring of key commercial terms and obligations, and maintaining accurate contract records to ensure compliance and continuity of supply.\nProvide commercial support across the site, including reviewing quotations, negotiating pricing and contractual terms, supporting supply and service agreements, and working with the Materials Team and stakeholders to deliver best value and manage commercial risk.\nCoordinate Supply Chain Review Board activities, including reviewing documentation and maintaining records of decisions and approvals.\nOwn the end-to-end administration of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), including preparation, routing for review and signature, maintaining NDA registers and document repositories, and ensuring fully executed agreements are properly controlled\nCost Optimization: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions without compromising quality. Continuously evaluate cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices for procurement efficiency.\nSupport supplier performance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives through supplier performance monitoring, audit support, process improvement activities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Support Supplier Quality team to address any supplier performance issues.\nSupplier Sourcing & Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with new and existing suppliers to meet the company’s needs for raw materials, components, and services.\nRisk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as Single Source, material shortages, supplier delays, or disruptions. Ensure continuity of supply to prevent production downtime.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, supplier quality and finance teams to align procurement activities with production needs and overall business objectives.\nCompliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procurement transactions.\nQualifications:\nEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Procurement or similar business profession.\nCIPS qualified is desired\n\nExperience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
