En tant que Chef de Projet IT, vous serez responsable de la gouvernance et de la stratégie Data & IA, de la transformation organisationnelle et du pilotage de projets IT complexes. Vous bénéficierez de formations régulières, d'un environnement de travail stimulant et d'un processus de recrutement court et structuré.
Missions
- Piloter la mise en place de plateformes d’aide à la décision et conseiller sur l’intégration de cas d’usage IA.
- Accompagner la fusion de deux équipes techniques et optimiser l’organisation pour garantir l’efficacité collective.
- Garantir le respect des KPIs, du budget et des délais, coordonner les équipes et assurer une communication fluide.
Profil recherché
Formation : Diplômé(e) d’une Grande École d’Ingénieurs ou de Commerce (avec une forte appétence/spécialisation IT).
Compétences Techniques : Vous possédez une solide culture IT (architectures data, cycle de vie logiciel, infrastructure cloud) vous permettant de challenger les solutions techniques.
Langues : Maîtrise parfaite du Français et de l’ Anglais (indispensable pour nos contextes internationaux).
Soft Skills : Diplomatie, esprit de synthèse et capacité à naviguer dans des environnements en mutation.
Expérience de 4ans post diplôme post étude.
