Missions

  • Concevoir, développer et industrialiser des solutions Python, en garantissant la qualité du code et en assurant leur déploiement sécurisé en production.
  • Collaborer efficacement au sein de l'équipe produit/tech, participer aux cérémonies Agiles (Scrum/Kanban) et rédiger la documentation technique.
  • Assurer les mises en production, suivre le monitoring/logs et participer à la veille technologique pour faire évoluer l'architecture et les outils.

Formation & Expérience

  • Formation : Bac+5 (École d'ingénieurs ou Master Informatique / Développement Web).

  • Expérience : 3 à 5 ans minimum en développement Python en environnement de production.

Compétences Clés (Hard Skills)

  • Expertise Python & POO : Maîtrise avancée du langage Python, de la Programmation Orientée Objet (POO), des design patterns, du typage et des bonnes pratiques (Clean Code, PEP 8).

  • Frameworks & APIs : Expérience sur des frameworks modernes (ex: FastAPI, Django, Flask) pour la conception d'APIs RESTful ou GraphQL.

  • Mise en Production & Conteneurisation : Solide expérience du déploiement d'applications, conteneurisation avec Docker et gestion des environnements de prod.

  • Notions de CI/CD & DevOps : Création et maintenance de pipelines d'intégration et de déploiement continus (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).

  • Bases de Données & Outils : Maîtrise des bases SQL (PostgreSQL) / NoSQL, des ORM (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM) et gestion de version avec Git.

Savoir-être (Soft Skills)

  • Rigueur & Souci de la Qualité : Culture du test systématique (unitaires, d'intégration avec Pytest) et refactoring régulier.

  • Curiosité & Veille Technique : Passionné(e) par l'écosystème Python et les nouvelles technologies cloud/DevOps.

  • Esprit d'Équipe & Partage : Pratique de la Code Review, entraide et capacité à travailler en méthode Agile (Scrum/Kanban).

  • Anglais indispensable
