Contexte

Nous cherchons un DevOPS expert sur la solution Datadog (7+ ans d’expérience). Justifiant d'une solide maîtrise de l’outil et de ses modules (APM, logs, dashboards, OnCall…), il sera en mesure de nous accompagner dans le MCO, le déploiement & le conseil de la solution.

À l’aise collectivement, pragmatique, force de proposition, le profil que nous recherchons est en capacité d'éclairer les décisions de l'équipe et de nous accompagner techniquement sur notre écosystème.

Missions

  • Accompagner les équipes dans l'exploitation, l'évolution et l'industrialisation de la plateforme d'observabilité.

  • Intervenir sur le MCO, le déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités, l'optimisation des usages et l'accompagnement des équipes.

  • Être référent technique sur les modules Datadog (APM, Logs, Dashboards, RUM, Synthetics, OnCall, SLO).

  • Apporter son expertise sur l'architecture, le monitoring, l'alerting, l'automatisation et les bonnes pratiques DevOps et SRE.

  • Mettre en place des scripts automatisés permettant de suivre et monitorer l'usage de Datadog afin d'en encadrer la pratique dans l'entreprise.

  • Dashboards, monitors et règles d'alerting Datadog.

  • Documentation d'exploitation et d'administration.

  • Recommandations d'architecture et de bonnes pratiques d'observabilité.

  • Analyses d'incidents, rapports RCA et plans d'actions.

  • Déploiements et configurations Datadog automatisés (Terraform, scripts).

  • Définition et mise en œuvre d'indicateurs SLI/SLO.

  • Documentation d'intégration de nouveaux services.

  • Supports de transfert de compétences et animation d'ateliers techniques.

  • Rapports d'optimisation des performances et des coûts de la plateforme.

Compétences

  • Expérience DevOps/SRE
