  • Pilotage technique et architecture :

    • Définir, cadrer et maintenir les architectures de conteneurisation sur la plateforme OpenShift adaptées aux exigences réglementaires et de sécurité bancaires.

    • Superviser la mise en production, l’industrialisation et le déploiement continu (CI/CD) des applications liées au projet AML (Anti-Money Laundering).

  • Accompagnement et leadership technique :

    • Guider techniquement les équipes de développement et d’infrastructure sur les bonnes pratiques Kubernetes / OpenShift.

    • Assurer la résolution d’incidents complexes et l'optimisation des performances des clusters et des applications.

  • Coordination et suivi :

    • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes projet, la sécurité informatique et les exploitants de production.

    • Participer à l'élaboration de la documentation technique et des standards d’ingénierie.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience :

    • Profil confirmé / sénior ayant déjà exercé un rôle de Lead Technique ou d’Architecte/Ingénieur DevOps sénior.

    • Expérience significative dans le secteur bancaire, financier ou dans des environnements fortement réglementés (sécurité, conformité, auditabilité).

  • Compétences techniques clés :

    • Conteneurisation & Orchestration : Maîtrise avancée de Red Hat OpenShift et Kubernetes.

    • DevOps / CI/CD : Solide connaissance des pipelines d'automatisation (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD ou équivalents) et de l'approche Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

    • Environnements applicatifs : Compréhension des architectures microservices, des flux de données et des enjeux de haute disponibilité.

  • Qualités personnelles (Soft skills) :

    • Sens du leadership technique et capacité à vulgariser des concepts complexes.

    • Rigueur, sens aigu de la sécurité et de la gestion des risques.

    • Esprit d'équipe et excellente communication.
