This role requires strong manual underwriting expertise and the ability to make independent, well-reasoned credit decisions while maintaining service-level expectations and loan quality. You will play an essential role in maintaining loan quality, supporting team workflows, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage a pipeline of loan files, reviewing documentation to determine borrower eligibility and prevent fraud\nComplete underwriting functions in accordance with program requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines\nEnsure loans meet investor guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards\nConfirm all lending conditions are satisfied prior to closing\nEnsure marketability of closed loans\nIdentify and escalate files that deviate from standard parameters\nEvaluate borrower creditworthiness, loan collateral, and repayment capacity\nMaintain acceptable turnaround times and SLAs\nReview title commitments for compliance with investor and company guidelines\nDeliver exceptional customer service to internal and external partners\nCollaborate cross-functionally to support efficient workflows and continuous improvement\nPerform other duties as assigned based on business needs\nAuthorized Remote Locations: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, NC, SC, TX, UT\nWork Schedule: Monday -
