cross-selling.\n● Develop and monitor CRO tests and website optimization initiatives.\n\nSEO & Organic Growth:\n● Monitor organic traffic and SEO performance and identify opportunities to improve product, category, and\nwebsite visibility.\n● Coordinate SEO improvements across website content, product pages, and technical elements.\n\nProduct & Inventory Coordination:\n● Analyze product-level sales and conversion performance.\n● Coordinate with Stock & Supply to ensure availability of key products and alignment with campaign\ndemand.\n● Identify potential stock shortages and recommend adjustments to promotional activity.\n\nWarehouse & Fulfillment Monitoring:\n● Monitor fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and operational issues affecting e-commerce performance.\n● Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams to resolve recurring issues and improve customer experience.\n\nReporting & Growth:\n● Prepare weekly/monthly e-commerce performance reports and dashboards.\n● Translate data into clear insights, actions, and growth opportunities.\n● Support e-commerce growth planning and continuously test and optimize what works\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.\n\nExperience: 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital growth, or performance marketing.\n\nHands-on Shopify experience.\n\nStrong knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads, and e-commerce analytics.\n\nStrong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.\n\nUnderstanding of CRO, digital funnels, promotions, and product merchandising.\n\nExperience coordinating with inventory, supply, or warehouse teams is preferred.\n\nStrong analytical, commercial, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills\n\nE-Commerce & Shopify Management , Digital Performance &
