18 Years\n\nEmployment Type : Full-Time\n\nPreference : Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates.\n\nMust-Have Skills : \n\n- Data Project / Program Management\n\n- GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery\n\n- Oracle Database\n\n- Informatica PowerCenter\n\n- dbt\n\n- Data Migration and Data Modernization Programs\n\n- Data Governance and Data Quality\n\n- ETL / ELT Architecture\n\n- Data Warehousing and Data Modeling\n\n- Agile / Scrum Delivery\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead end-to-end Oracle and Informatica migration programs to GCP.\n\n- Drive project planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.\n\n- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Architects, QA, Business Analysts, and SMEs.\n\n- Oversee migration planning, testing, reconciliation, cutover, and production deployment.\n\n- Ensure successful implementation of data governance, metadata, lineage, and quality frameworks.\n\n- Manage executive reporting, steering committee reviews, and delivery milestones.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience with Collibra, Alation, or Informatica Data Governance\n\n- Prior experience in Banking, BFSI, Insurance, or Healthcare domains\n\n- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications\n\n- Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Platforms, or AWS\n\nIdeal Candidate : \n\n- 12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Data Project Management.\n\n- Proven track record of delivering large-scale Cloud Data Migration and Data Transformation programs.\n\n- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and delivery management capabilities.\n\nSkills\nProject Management, Project Methodologies, Data Migration, Google Cloud Platform, PMP, Prince2, Program Management, Project Manager -
