About the role We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Installation Coordinator to support the successful planning and delivery of equipment installations across the EMEIA and APAC regions. This role is responsible for coordinating installation activities, scheduling engineers and third-party vendors, managing customer communications, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact between customers, engineers, subcontractors, distributors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless installation experience from initial site survey through to project completion. Key Responsibilities Coordinate installation projects from site survey through to completion. Schedule field service engineers, subcontractors, and third-party vendors. Manage customer communications regarding installation plans, site access requirements, and project updates. Review site surveys and communicate installation requirements to engineering teams. Liaise with regional managers and field engineers to agree installation schedules. Optimise engineer utilisation through effective resource planning. Manage multiple installation projects
