In this role you will act as a resource available to assist our existing customers with new requirements to enhance their current systems and you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the ERP consulting industry!\nGiven the location of our clients, and the remote nature of the work required, we are also flexible on location.\nApplying your skills and knowledge, you will:\nMaintain expert knowledge of SAP Business One.\nProvide estimates and ensure successful resolution for client requests.\nRecognize and address gaps between SAP Business One solutions and the business practices of the client.\nProvide consultation and support services on SAP Business One, identify and resolve product and technical questions and inquiries.\nEffectively communicate and build consensus with clients.\nCustomize forms and develop reports using Crystal Reports and other tools available.\nProvide consultancy and training services for clients as required.\nConduct migration support from legacy systems into SAP Business One.\nLiaise with fellow Implementation Consultants in providing innovative solutions to client issues on SAP B1 or associated SSP solutions.\nMaintain timely communication with clients, estimate work and schedule other resources, when required.\nWork in agreed budget and highlight any potential variances.\nTo successfully perform the responsibilities of this position, you must possess the following attributes:\nSAP Business One experience, in a consultancy or support role.\nQualifications in Accounting and/or Information Systems from a recognized post-secondary institution would be considered an asset.\nMust be highly organized and able to multi-task/juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment simultaneously and effectively manage client expectations.\nExcellent problem solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills\nExperience in SQL to help amend and create queries/reports\nReporting and layout knowledge in tools such as Crystal Reports\nSuperior people and communication skills: team-oriented, fast learner and very personable.\nSelf-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment.\nAbility to assign tasks to others and monitor performance, budgets, and completion in a timely manner.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.\nSelf-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment.\nCompetency with typical office technology and software is a must; competency with project management software is an asset.\nTeam-oriented, fast learner and very personable.\nAbout Us\nAt Vision33, we help growing organisations modernise the way they work through AI-powered, cloud-first, automation, and business transformation solutions.
