Location: Gillette, Sheridan WY
Compensation: $40,000/year base + uncapped commission potential (on-target annual earnings(OTE) of $52k plus per year at minimum target)

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative who is motivated by high-energy sales environments, qualifying inbound leads, and maximizing commission opportunities. This full-time position offers strong earning potential for individuals who thrive on meeting-and exceeding-sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue by converting inbound inquiries into new customer sign-ups
- Maximize commission earnings through upsells, cross-sells, VoIP sales, and managed router services
- Complete prequalifications and LOS assessments to quickly move prospects through the pipeline
- Engage promptly and professionally with all leads generated via the Visionary Leads Page
- Participate in continuous sales training and skill development to enhance performance

- Strong customer service, negotiation, and sales-driven mindset
- Tech-savvy with understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related products
- Willingness to learn and explain broadband products and technology
- Flexible, adaptable, and motivated by a results-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent Visionary Broadband with confidence
