Title: Financial Data Analyst\nDepartment: Finance - Reporting & Control\nReports To: Director of Finance\nLocation: Dubai, UAE\nRole Purpose\nThe Financial Data Analyst will support the Director of Finance and the Finance Reporting team by developing reliable financial data, dashboards, analytical reports, and automated reporting tools across multiple Group entities.\nThe role will also support audit and financial control activities by improving the accuracy, reconciliation, traceability, and accessibility of financial information.\nKey Responsibilities\nExtract financial and operational information from Oracle Fusion and other systems.\nDevelop and maintain financial dashboards and management reports.\nPrepare Group, entity, project, and department-level analytical reports.\nDevelop automated reports covering revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, receivables, payables, and budget performance.\nSupport monthly closing by identifying incomplete, unusual, or inconsistent financial data.\nPerform financial data reconciliations between Oracle Fusion and management reports.\nSupport the Financial Controller in monitoring reporting and closing status across multiple entities.\nPrepare analytical reports to support external and internal audit requirements.\nAssist with audit data extraction, sampling, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.\nMaintain structured databases and financial reporting models.\nAnalyze actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.\nIdentify trends, exceptions, anomalies, and significant financial variances.\nDevelop entity-level and Group-level KPI dashboards.\nSupport the preparation of CEO, management, Board, and Finance reporting packs.\nAssist with revenue analysis, project profitability, cost analysis, and margin reporting.\nAutomate recurring Finance reports to reduce manual processing.\nWork with Finance and system teams to improve financial master data and reporting structures.\nAssist in developing reporting controls to identify missing or incorrectly classified transactions.\nPerform ad hoc financial analysis as requested by Finance management.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, management reporting, or a similar role.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nStrong Power BI experience is preferred.\nSQL or other data extraction knowledge is an advantage.\nExperience with Oracle Fusion or a similar ERP system is preferred.\nGood understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.\nKey Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent data accuracy and validation skills.\nAbility to convert complex data into meaningful financial information.\nStrong understanding of financial KPIs.\nAbility to automate reporting processes.\nStrong data visualization and presentation skills.\nAbility to work across multiple entities and
