manage supplier invoices, payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and accounts payable activities for assigned Visioneers Group entities and projects while ensuring compliance with approved procurement processes, the Delegation of Authority, VAT requirements, and Finance policies.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive, verify, and record supplier invoices in Oracle Fusion.\nEnsure invoices are supported by approved POs, contracts, GRNs/service confirmations, and required approvals.\nVerify appropriate accounting codes, cost centres, projects, and entities.\nReview VAT invoices for compliance with UAE VAT requirements.\nProcess supplier invoices and payment requests within agreed timelines.\nPrepare supplier payment batches for review and approval.\nPerform supplier statement reconciliations.\nFollow up on missing documents, approvals, and disputed invoices.\nMonitor accounts payable ageing and outstanding liabilities.\nMaintain accurate vendor balances and resolve discrepancies.\nReview supplier advances and ensure timely settlement against invoices.\nReconcile the AP subledger with the general ledger.\nSupport intercompany payable reconciliations.\nMaintain complete supporting documentation for audit purposes.\nRespond to supplier payment enquiries professionally and promptly.\nCoordinate with Procurement, Legal, Operations, and project teams regarding payment requirements.\nSupport month-end accruals and AP closing activities.\nEnsure compliance with Group payment controls and the Delegation of Authority.\nAssist internal and external auditors with AP-related requests.\nPerform other Finance Operations duties assigned by management.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.\n2-4 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.\nUAE experience is preferred.\nGood understanding of UAE VAT requirements.\nExperience with Oracle Fusion or a similar ERP system is preferred.\nGood Microsoft Excel skills.\nKey Competencies\nStrong attention to detail.\nGood understanding of invoice and payment controls.\nStrong reconciliation skills.\nAbility to handle high transaction volumes.\nGood communication and supplier-management skills.\nAbility to work within strict payment
