Campaign Execution & Logistics\nCampaign Management: Oversee and execute campaigns post-strategy and proposal approval, ensuring\nalignment with pre-approved campaign plans.\nStakeholder Coordination: Coordinate deliverables seamlessly between clients, content creators, and\ninternal cross-functional teams.\nBriefing & Compliance: Brief creators thoroughly on brand tone, key messaging, specific deliverables,\ntimelines, usage rights, and required content formats. Educate creators on process expectations, platform\nstandards, and client goals.\nMilestone Tracking: Monitor campaign milestones and timelines to ensure timely and high-quality\nexecution.\nClient Handover & Approvals: Ensure all deliverables are reviewed and approved by the client on time\nand according to initial scope. Handle revisions, re-shoots, or compliance feedback professionally and\nefficiently.\nOn-Ground Support: Provide physical on-ground or live support during shoots, events, or brand\nactivations when required.\n2. Financial, Legal & Administrative Operations\nCreator Negotiations: Negotiate fees, scope of deliverables, and usage terms with creators in strict\nalignment with the approved campaign budget.\nFinancial Documentation: Ensure all negotiations are documented transparently and finalized within\nfinancial parameters set by the BD team.\nContract & Invoice Management: Manage creator contracts, invoices, and related administrative\ndocumentation in close coordination with Finance and Legal teams.\nPayment Facilitation: Act as the primary operational liaison to guarantee smooth and timely payment\nprocesses post-campaign.\n3. Talent Relations & Database Management\nRelationship Building: Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with content creators and\ninfluencers.
