Students should be prepared to complete approximately 120 hours during the internship period, with final schedule details coordinated with the supervisor.\nLocation: Internship is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Endwell, NY\nProgram dates: Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027 \nCompensation: $17.30 per hour\nCollege/University must be located in the Binghamton, NY or surrounding areas (Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027). Must be a current College student during Spring 2027.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAnalyze and organize leadership development data to support planning and decision-making.\nHelp plan and coordinate iGrow Week programming, including Lunch & Learn sessions.\nCoordinate an intern employee resource group and help create opportunities for interns to connect.\nOrganize KXP pages and learning resources so information is easy to find and use.\nSupport intern meet-and-greets and other engagement activities.\nAssist with Learning & Development projects, communications, and event coordination.\nParticipate in cross-functional opportunities by supporting projects from other teams when additional help is needed.\nYou Could Be a Great Fit If You\nAre curious, dependable, and eager to learn.\nEnjoy collaborating with others and helping create positive experiences.\nCan organize multiple tasks, follow through on details, and communicate clearly.\nAre comfortable working with data and using it to identify insights.\nBring empathy, initiative, and a team-focused mindset.\nPreferred Fields of Study\nStudents pursuing education, sociology, psychology, business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
