With a focus on universal health coverage, we’re committed to making healthcare accessible for all employees and their families, supporting them in leading healthier lives.\nVisit Health - Empowering workplaces with accessible, affordable, and impactful healthcare.\nWe are looking for a Data Engineer to join our high-energy team\nAs part of your day-to-day work, you will:\nDesign, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and standardization across multiple source systems.\nDevelop and manage data warehouse schemas, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and alignment with product and business requirements.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and revise reporting and analytical requirements.\nDevelop reports, dashboards, and data analyses that maintain data sanity and surface actionable insights for business decision-making.\nVisualize data effectively using graphs, infographics, cohort analyses, heat maps, clustering, and other techniques suited to the audience and use case.\nEvaluate and monitor changes to upstream production systems, assessing downstream impact and implementing necessary pipeline updates.\nMust-Haves:\n2-5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or a closely related role.\nStrong proficiency in SQL with working knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL -
