workplaces with accessible, affordable, and impactful healthcare.\nJob Overview:\nKey Responsibilities:\nFirewall & Network Administration\nConfigure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.\nManage VPN connectivity, firewall policies, NAT, and security profiles.\nMonitor network performance and security incidents.\nPerform firewall upgrades, backups, and configuration changes.\nTroubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and internet connectivity issues.\nActive Directory Administration\nCreate, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory.\nManage Group Policies (GPOs), Organizational Units (OUs), and security groups.\nHandle user permissions, password resets, and account lockouts.\nSupport domain-joined systems and user authentication.\nDesktop & End-User Support\nProvide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers.\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot NVR & DVR based Camera.\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 &
