Your energy, personality, and professionalism set the tone for the guest experience.\nBartender Requirements:\nProvides memorable guest service\nAccurately takes orders\nAble to answer questions regarding the menu\nTaking orders in a timely fashion\nWork together as a cohesive team with other servers and the kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently\nOffer suggestions and recommendations in regards to orders and drinks\nHelp personalize the meal\nProcess payment\nMaintain a clean working environment\nMust have the ability to provide excellent customer service\nAbility to be on your feet for up to 6 hours\nMust always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines\nIn-depth knowledge of serving customers’ needs and understanding of serving food to customers\nMust be 21 years of age or older\nIt is preferable to have previous restaurant experience, but it is not required.
