Our Venues are dynamic in layout and design; no two Pinstripes are the same. We generally host hundreds of guests each week in our Bistro, Bowling, Bocce, or Bar areas. We also host and execute numerous events a week, from corporate small happy hours, to social gatherings, to seated coursed dinners.\nWe're looking for a Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure our facility runs smoothly. You'll work closely with both Front of House (FOH) Managers and Back of House (BOH) Chefs, reporting directly to the General Manager. We need someone proactive, ready to take charge and constantly find ways to improve our venue.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBowling Upkeep and Repair:\nCreate daily checklists for lane maintenance.\nKeep detailed logs of daily tasks.\nQuickly fix any lane issues.\nVenue Upkeep and Repair:\nWork with the General Manager to plan maintenance tasks.\nKeep the building exterior clean and well-maintained.\nCheck inventory and restock supplies as needed.\nMonthly Tool and Part Inventory:\nMonitor stock levels and order parts as necessary.\nKitchen Maintenance:\nRegularly maintain kitchen equipment.\nPlan maintenance tasks with the Executive Chef.\nHVAC Maintenance:\nPerform routine HVAC maintenance.\nReplace filters when needed.\nTeam Management:\nSchedule tasks for Maintenance Assistants.\nVendor Management:\nCommunicate with vendors for project planning and invoicing.\nWhat's in it for you:\nMedical, dental and vision insurance\nHealth Savings Account option -
