This role ensures consistent training execution, reinforces operational standards, and supports a strong guest experience through effective onboarding, coaching, and field support.\nThis position is eligible to be based near any of our Pinstripes locations in Northbrook, IL; Oakbrook, IL; Cleveland, OH; Orlando, FL; Bethesda, MD; Georgetown, DC; or San Mateo, CA. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working onsite at the candidate’s nearest Pinstripes location two days per week. The position requires up to 30% travel to other locations as business needs require.\nHospitality experience required.\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES\nTRAINING EXECUTION & FIELD SUPPORT\nLead execution of company training programs across assigned locations\nExecute and reinforce onboarding expectations for hourly team members and managers\nEnsure training materials and standards are updated and consistently followed\nFacilitate in-store training sessions, workshops and hands-on coaching in the field\nSupport rollouts execution (menu, beverage, systems, promotions) at the field level\nReinforce trainer expectations and ensure certification standards are maintained\nPROGRAM SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT\nEvolve and maintaining training materials (SOPs, job aids)\nProvide feedback on training effectiveness and opportunities for improvement\nHelp test and pilot new training programs or tools\nSupport development pathways (cross-training, certifications)\nOPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE\nReinforce food safety, alcohol compliance, and operational standards\nConduct field visits to observe training execution and identify gaps\nPartner with GMs and managers to address performance issues through training\nSupport new store openings with on-site training execution\nCOACHING & TEAM DEVELOPMENT\nCoach managers and trainers on effective training practices\nSupport development of hourly trainers and shift leaders\nProvide real-time feedback in the field to improve performance\nHelp develop certified trainers at each location through quarterly certification classes\nCULTURE & ENGAGEMENT\nReinforce company culture through onboarding and daily interactions\nModel hospitality and brand standards in the field\nBuild strong relationships with restaurant teams\nSupport engagement and retention through positive training experiences\nCOMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION\nPartner with Operations, Culinary, Beverage, Marketing and HR teams to ensure training alignment\nCommunicate rollouts expectations clearly to field teams\nParticipate in training calls and meetings\nShare field feedback and insights with leadership\nSYSTEMS & ORGANIZATION\nMaintain organized training materials and documentation\nUtilize training tools (LMS, guides, checklists) to effectively track completion and follow-up on training initiatives\nStay organized with rollout timelines and priorities\nComputer/application experience (Word, Excel, etc.)\nWhat's in it for you:\nBenefit Package\nMedical, dental and vision insurance\nHealth Savings Account option - including company HSA contribution\n401K\nFlexible Spending Accounts\nEmployee Assistance Program\nCompany provided Short Term Disability Insurance\nCompany provided Long Term Disability Insurance\nFlexible Paid Time Off\nVoluntary benefits - LifeLock Protection, Pet Insurance, Accident and Critical Illness offerings\nOpportunities for Growth and Advancement\nDiscounts on Food, Beverage and Activities\nCompensation: $75,000 - 95,000 annually\nRequirements\nEXPECTATIONS FOR PERFORMANCE\nDemonstrates strong, professional communication in the field\nPossesses strong, versatile writing skills to create effective learning materials and document processes\nExecutes training programs with consistency and attention to detail\nBuilds trust and credibility with restaurant teams\nStays organized and follows through on commitments\nIdentifies training gaps and escalates or addresses appropriately\nAdapts quickly to operational needs\nMaintains a strong, visible presence in the field\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nComfortable with late nights (1am or later).\nMust be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for a period up to six (6) hours in length.\nMust have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel, and have the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.\n Up to 30% travel expected for the role\nThis position description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the associated with the position.
