Provide well-rounded, safe programs for guests and members.\nProvide basic first aid to any guest when needed. Request additional help if needed.\nEnsure high quality of cleanliness and maintenance for all physical facilities and equipment.\nResolve guest complaints assuring satisfactory resolution and appropriate corrective action steps.\nAssists in maintenance and routine pump room duties. Monitors and maintains pool filtration system including backwash, handling and installation of chemicals as necessary.\nHandle pool chemicals and reagents in accordance with OSHA regulations and hotel requirements. \nPartake in water safety training session. \nProperly handle and report any employee or guest accidents and incidents. \nEnsure all outdoor and rescue equipment are up to hotel standards.\nFollow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.\nPractice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.\nPerform other duties as requested by management.\nPosition Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious related experience needed.\nPrevious supervisory experience preferred.\nWork Environment and Context\nWork schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends.\nRequires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.\nWhat We Believe\nPeople Are Our Capability - Hearts That Serve - Only Excellence - Stay Nimble - Own It\nAbout Us\nThis property is a part of the Echelon Luxury & Lifestyle division of HHM Hotels.\nHHM Hotels is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
