Give the kind of service that you would enjoy.\nGreet new guests in a prompt and friendly manner.\nMaintain the company standards for alcohol awareness and service.\nTake food and beverage orders accurately.\nBe readily available to answer guests’ food and beverage questions by maintaining a working knowledge of Poppy Bank Epicenter’s food and beverage menus.\nRing in orders and process payments properly. Responsible for all sales entered on the drawer.\nActively keep cost control by avoiding waste and following drink recipes.\nConstantly monitor guest experience, i.e., check back after they get their food, maintain drink levels, pre-bus plates and glasses.\nParticipate in and drive company initiatives and promotions.\nMaintain accurate inventory. \nProvide excellent guest service in a friendly, positive, efficient, and enthusiastic way.\nMaintain dress code and looking neat, clean, and professional while on-shift.\nAlways greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.\nHave or obtain a Food Handlers Certificate and use such knowledge in day-to-day procedures.\nHave or obtain an Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate.\nProper use of chemicals and adhere to safety standards.\nCorrectly and safely use all equipment.\nEnsure all beverage and equipment is stored properly and safely.\nEnsure that guests leave happy with their experience, enlisting the help of other team members, supervisors or managers as needed.\nPrepare and present beverages that meets beverage quality and guest satisfaction standards.\nPrepare and present beverages according to recipe and specifications.\nMaintain station maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation.\nMaintain company safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards for entire bar area, including walls, drains and floors.\nHave strong communication skills.\nComply with all Health Department Policies.\nUphold the culture and standards of Santa Rosa Entertainment Company, LLC.\nIdentify potential problems and communicate with supervisors and management to prevent issues from negatively impacting the guest experience.\nMaintain proper stock of supplies, communicating needs or shortages with management.\nAbility to grasp, lift, reach, crouch, stand, walk, and carry for long periods of time.\nA positive attitude.\nUniform requirements: Safe and neat uniform consisting of black pants, black nonslip shoes.\nOther duties as directed.\nWork Environment\nThis job operates in a busy bar / restaurant environment. Employees in this role are frequently exposed to hot water, potentially slippery floors, and cleaning chemicals.\nPhysical Demands\nThe employee is required to stand 100% of their shift, climb or balance; and stoop or kneel.
