If you have a passion for sports and entertainment, crush it when it comes to customer service, and enjoy helping people have fun, we want YOU!\nEssential Functions\nCorrectly and safely use of all equipment.\nHave or obtain a Food Handlers Certificate and use such knowledge in day-to-day procedures.\nKnowledge of equipment and utensil use.\nProper use of chemicals and adhere to safety standards.\nEnsure all condiments, food, and equipment are stored properly and safely.\nEnsure all beverages and food products are presentable and meet customers’ satisfaction.\nFollow pull/thaw standards to maintain safe food guidelines and control costs.\nMaintain station maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation.\nMaintain company safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards for the entire department include walls, drains and floors.\nFill in where needed to ensure guess service standards and efficient operations.\nHave strong communication skills.\nComply with all health department policies.\nUphold the culture and standards of Santa Rosa Entertainment Company, LLC.\nWork hard to identify potential problems and communicate with supervisors to help prevent them from having an impact on gest experience.\nMaintain proper stock of supplies, communicating needs or shortage with management.\nAbility to gasp, lift, reach, crouch, stand, and carry for long period of time.\nA positive attitude.\nOther duties as directed.\nWork Environment\nThis job operates in a cafe and kitchen environment. This role routinely involve using electrical equipment, sharp knives, ovens, and other potentially dangerous equipment. Use of commercial appliances will be used. Proper training will be provided prior to using any dangerous equipment. Employees in this role are frequently exposed to hot water, potentially slippery floors, and cleaning chemicals.\nPhysical Demands\nThe employee is required to stand 100% of their shift, climb or balance; and stoop or kneel.
