If you have a passion for sports and entertainment, crush it when it comes to customer service, and enjoy helping people have fun, we want YOU!\nEssential Functions\nMaintain company safety and sanitation standards.\nThis position may be cross trained to work the expo line in the kitchen.\nMaintain cleanliness of wait stations and sales floor.\nEmpty trash, spot sweeps and mops, as necessary.\nPerform opening and closing duties, including, but not limited to, stocking condiments, rolling silverware, stocking cups, plates, and etc.\nMaintain stock of operating supplies.\nBus and reset tables.\nFollow all food and beverage transportation guidelines to ensure the best possible guest experience.\nMake sure that all bus tubs are clean and consistently emptied.\nKeep all seating areas clean, including chairs, barstools, booths, booster seats and highchairs.\nUphold the culture and standards of Santa Rosa Entertainment Company, LLC.\nProvide excellent guest service in a friendly, positive, efficient, and enthusiastic way.\nAlways greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.\nIdentify potential problems and communicate with supervisors and management to help prevent issues from negatively impacting guest experience.\nPromptly contact game techs, supervisors, or management to alleviate issues when questions/issues arise in those areas.\nMake sure guests leave happy with their experience, enlisting the help of other team members, supervisors or managers as needed.\nMaintain proper stock of supplies, communicating needs or shortages with management.\nA positive attitude.\nUniform requirements: Safe and neat uniform consisting of black pants, black nonslip shoes.\nOther duties as directed.\nWork Environment\nThis job operates in a kitchen environment, as well as guest service areas. Proper training will be given prior to using any dangerous equipment. Employees in this role are frequently exposed to hot water, potentially slippery floors, and cleaning chemicals.\nPhysical Demands\nThe employee is required to stand 100% of their shift, and stoop or kneel.
