If you have a passion for sports and entertainment, crush it when it comes to customer service, and enjoy helping people have fun, we want YOU!\nEssential Functions\nOperate VR/Bowling/Laser Tag/Dark Ride /Prize Vault and other assigned areas with 100% knowledge.\nGreet guests in a prompt and friendly manner.\nInspect Arcade/Skyzone/Guest Services/Bowling /Prize Vault and other areas to determine the need for repairs or renovations.\nFill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.\nAssist guests with their purchases, suggesting items in their price range and items that they can save up for in future visits.\nStock merchandise, maintain proper pricing and display of products. \nCommunicate ideas for merchandise improvement to management. \nMaintains cleanliness of Prize Vault, countertops and all Entertainment areas.\nEnsure the safety of all guests while they are on the trampolines.\nAnswer phones, give accurate information, take detailed messages or transfer to the correct extension.\nAccurately use the point of sales system to ring in guests’ game cards, reload game cards and process payments.\nEmpty trash, spot sweep and mop, as necessary.\nStock crane games and other merchandise-based games.\nKeep accurate inventory numbers to ensure cost control.\nCreate a positive team environment that provides exceptional guest service and ensures all staff members perform at a consistently high level.\nWork with the Prize Vault Lead to brainstorm new ideas that drive guests of all ages to the Prize Vault.\nEnsure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition. \nBe knowledgeable of Entertainment policies regarding personnel and communicate promptly any violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.\nMaintain company safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards for entire building.\nHave strong communication skills.\nUphold the culture and standards of Santa Rosa Entertainment Company, LLC.\nWork hard to identify potential problems and communicate with supervisors and management to help prevent them from having an impact on guest experience.\nMaintain proper stock of supplies, communicating needs or shortages with management.\nAbility to grasp, lift, reach, crouch, stand, walk, and carry for long periods of time.\nA positive attitude.\nOther duties as directed.\nWork Environment\nThis job operates in a building wide capacity. This role routinely uses electrical equipment, sharp knives, and other potentially dangerous equipment. Proper training will be given prior to using any dangerous equipment. Employees in this role are frequently exposed to hot water, potentially slippery floors, and cleaning chemicals.\nPhysical Demands\nThe employee is required to stand 100% of their shift, climb or balance; and stoop or kneel.
