Not a tech consultancy that builds what won't get adopted. Not a product company chasing problems it doesn't understand. We're all three at once: strategy, deep technical and integration expertise, and product, working as one. That combination is our flywheel. Consulting keeps us close to the hardest real-world problems. Products let us solve them at scale. Every engagement sharpens our products; every deployment makes the next engagement faster, deeper, and more certain.\nWe're obsessed with outcomes. While 95% of enterprise AI pilots never reach production, Visium is built to be the 5% delivering productised AI that compounds in value, not point solutions that deliver marginal gains. We are AI-native, not AI-adjacent. We don't bolt AI onto broken workflows; we redesign them with AI at the core.\nRole\nAs a Junior AI & Data Strategist, you will support Visium’s strategy team to provide tactical recommendations to its clients, with the greatest degree of excellence.\nAs such, you will create and deploy outstanding Data & AI strategies by being part of our daily client consulting projects. You will engage with and meet our clients as you progress through our 6-month program.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nAssist in developing and implementing data and AI strategies for clients.\nResearch emerging data and AI trends and provide insights to the team.\nWork with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving business processes using data and AI.\nHelp analyze data sets and create visualizations to communicate findings to clients.\nAssist in creating client-facing reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations.\nDevelop strategic recommendations for both Visium and its clients with thorough argumentation.\nLiaise with the different internal departments of Visium.\nRequirements\nBachelor (or Master) from ESADE Business School.\nNo previous experience is required (past internship(s) preferred, preferably in consulting or financial services).\nExcellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.\nMeticulously organized and prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.\nEntrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude.\nExceptional communication skills, a curious mindset, and an outgoing personality.\nFluent in English, any other languages are a plus (Spanish, French, German).\nBenefits\nBenefits\nWhat we offer\nA competitive compensation package\nA yearly education budget to steep your learning curve\nA yearly sport budget because a fit body leads to a fit mind\nA flexible working culture because your work-life balance matters to us\nA position that enables you to have an impact on 1’000s of people, and the whole company's growth.\nAn international, knowledgeable, and passionate team with a strong collaborative mindset\nCheck ourLinkedIn and website to learn more about us & don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3301,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Spanish","level":"All
