Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans and schedules
• Track project progress and update stakeholders on status, risks, and issues
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution
• Organize project documentation, meeting minutes, and action items
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and management
• Identify process improvements and assist in implementing best practices

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering, IT or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role will be preferred

• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: 9:00am to 18:00pm (Mon to Fri, Exl. PH)
