Provide oversight of administration and implementation of program work plan and budgets. The Project REACH Program Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of staff and youth at assigned Project REACH site, ensures that program is safe, engaging, consistent, and responsive to the needs of youth and families. The Program Supervisor supports and coaches site assistants, oversees program implementation, This position serves as a key connection between schools, community partners, families, and other stakeholders. The Program Supervisor works closely with Program Leadership to address program need, support staff development, maintain program quality, coordinate activities and events, and respond appropriately to concerns that arise in the program.\nProvide oversight of administration and implementation of project work plan and budgets\nProvide supervision of project staff\nResponsible for budget tracking/fiscal accounting and assuring that program expenses are allowable within contract terms\nResponsible for recommending and generating budget revisions and justifications\nResponsible for internal and external program reporting, such as progress and final reports\nOversee completion of program objectives and recommends changes in scope as needed or appropriate\nParticipate in development of programs and assists grant writing team, as needed\nAssure completion of evaluation process\nAttend and facilitate meetings, as required\nQualifications\nMinimum\n Bachelor’s degree in a related field\n Minimum of two years’ related experience\nBilingual English/Spanish\n Valid California driver’s license and vehicle insurance;
