You will work closely with internal team members to contribute to current and future products. You will interact with SW, HW and SQA engineers. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open, collaborative peer environment\nHow You'll Help Us Connect the World:\nPerform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of Network equipment\nKeep inventory of Lab equipment\nMonitor Electrical systems in the labs (understand electrical components, flow, wiring, outlets)\nMaintain Technology Labs (understand the technology, organize lab equipment, operate hand tools and power tools, etc)\nEnsure that engineers can perform their work with minimal interruptions by addressing lab-related issues quickly and effectively.\nManage and track a large inventory of equipment, components, and parts, including the ordering and replacement processes.\nEfficiently organize lab space, ensuring that everything is accessible and properly labeled.\nRequired Qualifications for Consideration:\nInclude demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.\nMinimum High School diploma or equivalent .\nFamiliarity with windows and linux operating systems\nMust have electrical experience\nMust possess good written and oral, communication skills\nBasic ability to troubleshoot network equipment (Servers/Switches /Routers/Cable Modems)\nComputer skills, proficient in use of MS Word and Excel\nUnderstanding of lab safety procedures, including proper handling of equipment, hazardous materials, and emergency protocols.\nMust have very good interpersonal and customer service skills\nStrong attention to details\nMust be a self motivator, work as a team player, and follow written procedures\nOur salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.
