practical experience.\n8+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and test automation.\nProven experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites for complex web-based UI applications.\nStrong experience with Selenium WebDriver and BrowserStack.\nBackground in testing large-scale distributed enterprise or cloud-hosted systems.\nExperience defining test plans, test cases, regression strategies, and release readiness criteria.\nExperience with test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, Jira).\nProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with Angular-based UIs or other modern SPA applications\n\nSolid understanding of REST APIs and experience with API/integration testing.\n\nExperience preparing release quality reports and communicating test status, risk, and readiness to stakeholders.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug failures across UI, API, and environment layers.\n\nAbility to mentor and guide junior QA engineers and collaborate effectively with developers.\n\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and in distributed teams.\nExcellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with Cypress, Playwright, or other browser-based automation frameworks.\nExperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).\n\nExperience in performance, load, or security testing.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted tools to improve QA workflows with strong verification practices.\n\nFamiliarity with Java.\n\nExposure to Telecom/Cable network management applications.\n\nBDD experience (Cucumber, Gherkin, or similar).\n\nComfortable working in Linux environments.\nKnowledge of accessibility, visual regression, or data-driven testing
