Our team is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering high-quality results while continuously improving our processes.\nWhat You Will Do\nAs the Operations Manager for the Binning Department, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of the Binning production area. You will manage daily operations while supporting longer-term improvements and team development. You will collaborate closely with Shift Supervisors, Central Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and HR to ensure targets are met and exceeded.\nLead daily operations in the Binning area, focusing on workflow, lead time, output, and quality.\n\nAnalyze production and performance reports and align actions with Shift Supervisors.\n\nCoach and support the Shift Supervisors to drive performance, development, and engagement.\n\nOversee HR processes such as recruitment, training, and performance reviews in collaboration with HR.\n\nManage capacity planning, maintenance input, and planning adjustments during disruptions.\n\nProvide operational support for process improvements and new product implementation, ensuring smooth integration into daily operations.\n\nContribute to labor planning and cross-functional global meetings (e.g., Marketing, Global Benchmark).\n\nEnsure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards and production KPIs.\n\nYour Qualifications\nAt VistaPrint, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture.
